Validation / A manual SaaS test before SaaS code

Mobile SDK Radar

A focused watchlist concept for Android, iOS, KMP, SDK, and release teams. The point is to prove that a practical digest saves time before adding accounts, billing, or Slack delivery.

Evidence

Proof before polish.

  • The public mobile reader already exercises the source and summary pipeline.
  • The validation step is manual: choose buyers, send useful digests, ask what they would pay for.
  • SaaS implementation stays blocked until manual demand is real.

What it proves

This is deliberately not a fake dashboard. It proves the core customer value first: can a team trust a compact, practical release digest enough to come back every week?

Why it matters

Engineering SaaS is easy to overbuild. The validation path keeps the expensive pieces, auth, billing, entitlements, and team settings, behind evidence that the digest is worth paying for.

Next improvement

Add a public validation page, publish a short sample digest, and collect direct buyer feedback before writing the SaaS MVP.

Stack

Small surface, real constraints.
