Proof before polish.
- The project has a defined architecture target but no premature code in the web launch phase.
- The public repo should include screenshots, a focused README, and tests that explain the shared logic boundary.
- Phase 4 starts only after the public website launch slice is stable.
What it proves
FixturePulse will be the mobile engineering proof surface: shared state, offline behavior, realistic screens, and a README that makes the tradeoffs easy to inspect.
Why it matters
The web project proves Cloudflare and AI delivery. FixturePulse should prove native mobile judgment: state ownership, UI ergonomics, testability, and release hygiene.
Next improvement
Keep this page as a public placeholder until Phase 4, then replace it with screenshots, GitHub links, architecture diagrams, and install instructions.
